(Julie and Doris) Kirk and Liz (Dad and Mom) are very busy with their new beautiful little daughter. **FROM JULIE** Check out the Cold Water Toddy Coffee Maker. It all started in 1964. Todd Simpson, a chemical engineering graduate of Cornell University, developed and patented the Toddy system. The Toddy system yields a pure, low acid coffee concentrate. Store the concentrate in the fridge, then serve fresh simply by adding steaming hot water, or ice cold milk or cream. The Toddy is easier on your stomach. The Toddy all but eliminates the acids and irritating oils released in coffee made by conventional hot brewing methods-on average 67% less acid per cup. This is really great way of making iced coffee drinks, the concentrate lasts up to 3 weeks in the fridge, but from personal experience we have used it up in a much shorter time.
